About CloserEdge. CloserEdge is a real-time AI sales coaching platform designed to help sales professionals handle objections, detect buying signals, and close more deals during live sales calls. All coaching guidance provided by the Service consists of AI-generated suggestions only. Users remain fully responsible for their own responses and communications at all times.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: your full name and email address when you create an account
- Session context: product summaries, prospect profiles, company URLs, and sales context you provide during session setup
- Website URLs: URLs you submit for content fetching during onboarding or session setup
- Uploaded documents: sales pitch PDFs, one-pagers, or other documents you upload to improve coaching context
- Contact information: name, email, and message content when you submit a support request
- Payment information: we do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and general device type
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
- Cookies: session cookies to maintain your logged-in state
- Microphone audio: when you start a session, your phone's microphone captures live audio which is streamed in real time to Deepgram for transcription. This audio is never recorded or stored by Skwadlink LLC.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Stripe, Inc.: payment confirmation and plan type upon successful purchase
- Supabase, Inc.: our database and authentication provider stores account information and session history securely
- Deepgram, Inc.: real-time audio transcription during live sessions
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide the CloserEdge Service including live AI sales coaching sessions
- Process your session context to provide real-time AI-powered response suggestions during live calls
- Generate post-session analysis, objection breakdowns, and follow-up email drafts
- Save your session history for your personal review and reference
- Process payments and manage your subscription status
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Improve and optimize the Service
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. How Your Session Data Is Handled
CloserEdge processes session context — including product summaries, prospect profiles, and live conversation transcripts — solely to provide AI-powered coaching guidance during your active session.
- Session context is processed in real time during your active session only
- Conversation transcripts and context are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate coaching responses
- Live audio is transmitted to Deepgram for real-time transcription and is not permanently stored by Skwadlink LLC
- Anthropic processes content in accordance with their API data handling policies and does not use API inputs to train their models
- Session metadata including responses generated, objections detected, and session summaries are stored in your session history
- Raw audio captured during sessions is processed in real time by Deepgram for transcription and is never stored by Skwadlink LLC
- Text transcripts of key conversation moments are saved to your session history and are accessible from your dashboard. You may delete any session and its transcript at any time from your account.
- You may delete individual sessions or your entire account and associated data at any time
4. AI Processing and Anthropic
CloserEdge uses Anthropic's Claude AI to provide live sales coaching responses. When you use our Service:
- Conversation context detected during your session is sent to Anthropic's API to generate suggested responses tailored to your product and prospect
- Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy commitments
- Anthropic's API usage policy prohibits the use of API inputs to train their AI models
- AI-generated responses are suggestions only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure
- Anthropic, PBC — AI response generation
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- Deepgram, Inc. — real-time audio transcription
Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by Skwadlink LLC.
5.2 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by applicable law or valid legal process such as court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.
5.3 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you prior to the transfer.
5.4 Protection of Rights. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
6. Data Retention
- Account information: retained until you request deletion of your account
- Session history: retained until you delete individual sessions or your account
- Support tickets: retained for 2 years
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, typically 7 years
- Deleted account data: permanently removed within 30 days of a verified deletion request
7. Data Security
Skwadlink LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS protocols
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
- Database tables are protected by row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- API keys and secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed in source code
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Your Rights and Choices
8.1 Right to Access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
8.2 Right to Correction. You may request correction of inaccurate personal data associated with your account.
8.3 Right to Deletion. You may delete individual sessions from your session history, delete your account from account settings, or submit a deletion request to info@skwadlink.com. We process verified requests within 30 days.
8.4 Right to Data Portability. You may request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
8.5 Right to Withdraw Consent. Where our processing of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Skwadlink LLC is operated from the United States. If you access our Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and use, the right to delete personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. 13. Nevada, Virginia, and Colorado Privacy Rights
Skwadlink LLC does not sell personal information.
